Should you need to cancel your reservation, following is the cancellation policy.

October 31, 2008 100%
Between October 31, 2008 & November 15, 2008 50%
After November 15, 2008 None

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing 

 
Registration Fees
 

The Registration Fees cover all meeting activities, meals at forum events and documentation. Travel and accommodation are not included. Please send payment with registration in order to finalize your confirmation.
